John Cassidy is among an uncertain number of Abaco Bay residents now caught in a zoning glitch that they believe could damage the future value of their properties. Collier County commissioners refused to grant Abaco’s developer an after-the-fact change from low-cost rentals to condominium zoning on June 20. This video explains the situation from Cassidy's perspective, relating his experience at Abaco to future implications that it may have on himself and others.
