Fossil why aren't you chastising Kiester for Sunshine violations? You single out Arceri for simply sending in ideas and suggestions to city hall which is not unethical. McMullan gives his warped opinion at every council meeting, through emails and through letters to the editor, why don't you call him unethical? You are biased and your opinion and version of the truth is skewed. You sound a lot like some of the cave bloggers during the election, Erickson, Putnam, Foster and Davies. All of them defeated and long gone.

Fossil, you are a real loser. If you were gentleman I would invite you to a duel but you are niether a gentleman or worth me wasting anymore time with. I think you need to remind yourself that Councilor Waldack won the election with an overwhelming majority. So it seeems to me that you are the real loser.

Fossil you are probably Paret trying to defend himself from his own stupidity. It was no surprise to see that you responded in his defense, just waiting for Avenger and your other loser friends to reply.
By the way, Wayne Waldack's wife died of cancer so if you have any class or respect at all you will never make mention of her again. he also lost his son to a tragic accident so be careful when you spew your insults.
Typical of your kind, the type of person that would stick up for Ray Paret, the island idiot!!

Mr. Kiester, you have shown once again your total lack of professionalism and one-sided rhetoric. You ask all the bloggers to refrain from nasty comments yet you use this vechicle to call Mr. Tucker a bully and a coward. My question is, and always has been, do we the citizens of Marco Island want someone like you, (guilty of breaking the law) to represent us?
If Tuckers firm can save the city money don't you think it's in the best interest of our community to at least research his proposal? We all know your logic, let's save money if, and only if it suits you agenda or the sgenda of your handlers. I don't blame Tucker for turning his back to you; I would too rather than look at your glaring red constipated face.
Your friends are a rare breed. Take Godfrey Davies for example, they lead, lose and leave. I'd be real careful Chucky (Sunshine Chucky is what I like to call you) pretty soon you'll have no friends. There is no honor amoung theives.

Monte, you left out Roger Hall, the most pompous self-cenered part-time Californa liberal, Hall deserves the honors for being the real Island idiot!

Wow, this is a landmark day; we all seem to agree on something. For slightly different reasons but it seems we all agree.
According to the Charter it is very clear that Tucker cannot be legal council for the city. Too bad though, he knows more about the city than anyone. Regardless of his stances on issues as a councilor, he would make a very good attorney for the city. Not to mention his firm would save the city a lot of money.

blackwidow, at least there is one thing we agree on and that is our symbol of freedom, our Flag!

Fossil, all your blogs attack John Arceri (I read them all). Is this just sport for you? It's almost as if you're obsessed with him. Wake up Fossil because one person doesn't control an entire city. After reading the emails its obvious he tries but so do others, Just accept that we have seven diverse and qualified councilors to represent our interests. The problem with McMullan is that he sends out thousands of emails full of misinformation. He is a trouble maker, not a champion of the minority. Let our city officials do their job!
As far as Kiester goes, we could not see his emails because he changed out his hard drive. The judge knew this and gave Kiester the maximum penalty allowable by law. He also told Kiester that he made a mockery out of the Sunshine Law. Now these are facts!!
