Description: Nice landscaping and facilities. Sand volleyball court. Lots of shade for protected lounging. Lowdermilk sometimes hosts small-boat regattas with participants ranging from kids to the retired. Concession stand and gazebo near the beach.
Pros: Metered and non-metered parking. Like most Collier County beach areas, parking is free with a county permit. Close to fancy beachfront condos and some of the nicest homes in the region. Pedestrian friendly area with sidewalks and marked road crossings.
Cons: Traffic can be slow due to pedestrian traffic.
Likely visitors: People getting together for a beach party or picnics.
Getting there: Head west on Banyan Boulevard in Naples until it meets Gulfshore Boulevard and the beach entrance is right there.
Parking: Metered parking in the parking lot or free with a Collier County or Naples City beach parking sticker.
