Ryan Smith, left, gave Undersheriff Kevin Rambosk the American flag that flew with his U.S. Navy unit in Balad, Iraq on Friday morning. His unit received care packages from the Adopt A Soldier Program at the Collier County Sheriff's Office. Smith said he enjoyed having a piece of home with him while serving overseas.
