Bill Van Glabek, city Racquet Center supervisor, places used tennis rackets in a recycle bin in support of Kids Serving Kids Recycle Program, which will take the old rackets, recycle them and give them to kids in need in other countries to instill interest toward excellence in academics and athletics.
