MICMS Student-Athlete Awards Night

Marissa Anguilano, left, and Matt Browne received the Michael "Mickey" Mendel Sportsmanship Award from Mendel's son, Cody, and Kristi Willems, branch manager of M & I Bank, which provided a donation for all the awards at the 10th annual Marco Island Charter Middle School Student-Athlete Awards Night. Mickey Mendel was a volunteer coach at the school who died at a young age from an illness. Each student received a $200 gift.
