Siobhan (pronounced Sha-von) Cummins, manager of Erin’s Isle Irish Pub and Restaurant, displays how to properly pull a pint of Guinness. Cummins was born and raised in County Kildare, Ireland west of Dublin. Erin’s Isle was the first Irish pub in Collier County which opened in 1983.
