Seventeen-year-old Lauren Embree of Marco Island, currently ranked sixth in the USTA girls’ 18s and has been ranked as high as No. 1 in the country in the 14s, 16s and 18s divisions. She has won seven gold balls during her career, including two at the Easter Bowl, where she captured the girls’ 14s singles title in 2005 and the girls’ 16s doubles championship in 2006. Full story »
