The Clerk’s Office introduces interactive online forms.

TurboCourt is an interactive electronic forms program which provides the public with online access to simple legal forms that have been approved by Florida Supreme Court. This is a do-it-yourself electronic forms service (for a fee) and does not require a lawyer.

1 — Answer a set of simple questions.

2 — Review your forms completed by the system.

3 — Pay, print and file

Go to CollierClerk.com

TurboCourt is available in Collier County at CollierClerk.com for Family Law matters including divorce, small claims and tenant evictions.

After locating the appropriate case area, a person is guided through an interactive questionnaire, which provides explanations and answers to questions while filling out the form.

Once the questionnaire has been completed, TurboCourt automatically fills out the form for you. Then, after paying a convenience fee, the form can be printed out and filed with the Office of the Clerk of Court.

TurboCourt fees can be paid using Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.

Note: TurboCourt fees are separate from any filing fee required by the Clerk’s Office.
