Alvarez wins Ladies Club Championship for third straight year

Annette Alvarez will keep her cozy parking spot at Eagle Creek Golf and Country Club.
The final round gave her the Ladies Club Championship for the third straight year.
With the win she keeps the “Reserved for Ladies Club Champion” parking place, right next to the pro shop entrance.
Alvarez rally was three strokes back of Pam Richards after two rounds. In the final round Alvarez carded an 81 while Richards shot an 86, giving Alvarez a two-shot win, 244-246.
Lani Gibbs, who finished second in 2007, was third at 249.
In the First Flight the net winner was Barbara Campasano with a two-day total of 144. Closest to her was Lillian Colavecchio at 156.
The Second Flight net winner was Adele Reynolds, carding a two-day score of 142, outdistancing Janet Raphel, who shot 149.
In the First Seniors Flight, the net winner was Sara Lotruglio, with a two-day total of 141. Sharon Loftos came in second at 152, edging Laverne Fahey who shot 153.
The Second Seniors Flight net winner was Mary Lee Hardesty, with a two-day total of 145. She held on to hold off Claudette Amoroso who carded 147.
