Strength and conditioning, with emphasis on the proper running form, are goals for camp at Winterberry Park, beginning July 22.
There will be six sessions — three on Tuesday and Thursday, from 6 to 7 p.m.
Dan Principe, defensive backs coach for Lely High, will direct the program. He is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Cost is $10 per session, or $50 for all six sessions. The Marco Eagle is the program’s sponsor.
