While NFL teams will be on the screen, which may include the Philadelphia Eagles, the Marco version, including football players and cheerleaders, will be on hand for a fundraiser in support of their organization, on Sept. 7, at Nacho Mama’s in the Marco Walk.
Doors open at noon, with halftime entertainment put on by the cheerleaders.
“We hope that a lot of people come out to meet the players, cheerleaders and board members,” said Eagles President Greg West.
Between players and cheerleaders there are some 175 kids involved in the Eagles program.
Admission is free and there will be a silent auction and raffles. Those interested in donating items can call Laurie Kocak, 642-5000. A portion of the restaurant’s sales during the event will go to the Eagles.
The teams play their first game at First Baptist Academy on Sept. 13. First home game is Sept. 20.
