Anyone who plans to travel outside of the United States in the near future should check the latest information on passport laws and requirements at www.travel.state.gov/.
The Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court’s Office accepts your applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State and provides the necessary forms and applications. However, the Clerk’s Office does not issue passports.
Anyone needing a passport application can visit www.
CollierClerk.com online and click on passports or visit one of our convenient branch offices throughout Collier County.
Bring the completed application, with required documents and fees to the Recording Department in the Administration Building, 4th floor, at the Government Center Complex, or to one of our branch offices.
