Gas prices: Holding the line

No news is not good news, as prices remain in the $3.20 range in Collier and Lee counties. Other than a price drop of a penny or two since last week here and there, there is not much else to say. Now we wonder whether prices will take a Christmas jump to cash in even further on holiday travel.

Here is a random survey made Thursday morning of prices for a gallon of unleaded, self-serve.

Bonita Springs

• 7-Eleven on Old U.S. 41 — $3.199

• Chevron at West Terry Street — $3.249

North Naples
