Tastebuds restaurant converts to catering company

Tastebuds of Naples, a BBQ restaurant on Radio Road, closed its doors on Jan. 25 and converted to a full-service catering company.
The company's BBQ products are now available for private events and parties, as well as shipping across the country.
And, national food companies – which are still hush hush – are interested in the company's BBQ sauces, rubs and meats.
Chef Greg Shapiro and Joe Travis wrote a letter on the company's website, tastebudstogo.com, about their plans: they've also got on-site cooking classes and other programs in the works.
Tastebuds is still located at 3400 Radio Rd. #110 and the phone number is still 774-FOOD (3663).
