Tropical Smoothie coming to Ave Maria

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is scheduled to open in May in Ave Maria.
The store, which plans to be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, will offer 40 smoothie varieties, wraps, sandwiches, soups and salads.
When it opened last month, The Bean of Ave Maria became the first eatery in the new town southwest of Immokalee. Located at La Piazza in the Town Center, The Bean also offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The restaurant sells coffee drinks, homemade baked goods, granola, deli and panini sandwiches, soups, salads and desserts. Free Wi-Fi access and outdoor seating are available in the 2,200-square-foot store.
Ave Maria is at the intersection of Oil Well and Camp Keais roads.
