Pinchers open at Tin City in Naples

Posted January 23, 2008

Pinchers Crab Shack is open at Tin City in Naples, offering up grouper, stone crabs and two-for-one happy hour all day, every day on draft beers, margaritas, wines and wells.

And while it's just across the street from another national chain crab shack, I'd pick Pinchers any day.

Why go to a chain crab shack that gets their fish from who knows where when you can eat Gulf of Mexico grouper and stone crabs at a locally-owned place?

The first Pinchers was started in 1997 by Tony and Kathleen Phelan and their son Grant, who live in Fort Myers Beach and Naples, and this is their seventh restaurant in Collier, Lee and Sarasota counties.
