Noodles announces new menu

Posted January 23, 2008

Noodles Italian Café & Sushi Bar has expanded its menu to satisfy increasing customer demand for low-fat, gluten-free and non-allergenic cuisine.

In addition to homemade gluten-free pastas, Noodles' new menu focuses on 17 low-fat salads, including seven Asian-based salads. Another key feature of the new menu is Chirashi – a term meaning "scattered sushi," referring to Japanese dishes vibrantly seasoned and composed of various ingredients served atop brown rice.

The restaurant's newest sushi items include Sizzling Spicy Shrimp Roll – steamed shrimp, wasabi paste, spicy sauce and wakamee (edible kelp); and Salmon Roll – fresh salmon with cucumber and sesame. All traditional sushi dishes are available, upon request, served with Japanese brown rice.

The new menu also includes the return of Noodles' Signature Lobster Raviolis – homemade, hand-stuffed raviolis with a sherry lobster bisque sauce.

Noodles Italian Café & Sushi Bar is located in the Mission Square Plaza at 1585 Pine Ridge Road in North Naples.
