Chicken Grill, Silver Spoon both gone

The Chicken Grill had an enigmatic "stop work" order on its doors since mid-December - and the place seemed deserted. A "For Lease" sign appeared today - and I guess that makes it official. I'll miss their saffron rice and chicken fricasse. I loved the staff and the takeout was quick and efficient.
I might have missed it before, but the Silver Spoon Cafe in the same plaza as the TGI Friday's across from the Coastland Center mall was also sporting "For Lease" signs in its windows as well today. The place always seemed packed, so I'm curious as to the reasons for the demise.
