Roy's continues gourmet cooking classes

Posted April 26, 2008

Just got a new press release from Roy's, advertising their cooking classes. Sounds fun.

Have you ever wanted to know how to create award winning cuisine without going to culinary school? Would you like to learn how to cook with the freshest herbs from around the world and create a James Beard award-winning desert? Join Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion Chef-Partner Javier Pasques each month as he shares his special cooking tips, tells you where to find the freshest local ingredients and what wines to pair at your next dinner party!

The May 13 class will attempt: Shrimp Rangoons with Black Bean and Sweet and Sour Gremolata Crusted Snapper with Cilantro Ponzu (where do I sign up?)

Classes are held the second Tuesday of every month at 10:30 a.m. at Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion restaurant at 475 Bayfront Place. Registration is $39 and includes all of the food, soft drinks, coffee, tea and wine pairings for each course. Seating is limited. Call (239) 261-1416 reservations.
