Attention all cooks....and those of you who don't like to cook...this is your dream come true!

My Dinner Factory is a family business owned by Janet Blanchard and her parents Barbara and Ken Mayes. The grand opening was last Wednesday. It is an online business. You need to log on to their Web site to view the current menu and to make reservations to reserve your kitchen time.

Here's how it works. Arrive at your session five minutes prior to your start time. Don your apron and gloves that are provided. There is an assembly station for each recipe offered on the present month's menu. There are seven stations with two menus on each station. Find all the portioned ingredients and utensils needed to make each easy to follow recipe. Here you will find something different ... spoodles! They are long handled measuring cups. A great solution for just the right amounts of ingredients. The top shelf of each station has the dry ingredients and spices. You may alter your dish to suit your taste or nutritional requirements. Next you package your entree in a foil pan with a lid or zip lock bag to take home with you. They will provide the cooking instructions and the best part ... they will do ALL the clean-up for you!

Each entree feeds 4-6 or you can break it up in smaller pans for just 2. You can make 3, 8 or 12 entrees. Three entrees is $65 that works out to be just a little over $3 per person. A great, affordable way to entertain!

If you are unable to visit their kitchen you may schedule your selections to go, just go in and pick them up or they will deliver. Any excess of product is made up and put in the freezer for sale.



Everything in their kitchen is fresh, that's why they need two days to prepare all your ingredients so it is important to go online and make your reservations.
