Burlington Coat Factory has more than just coats
Posted June 10, 2008
In fact I saw very few coats when I was in there this week, a few jackets maybe, but not many coats. However they have everything else you can imagine under one roof!
We'll start with the new mommies or mommies-to-be ... did you know they have a HUGE baby department in Burlington? There are so many cribs, strollers, high chairs, car seats and everything else you will need for the new little one including clothes, toys and great bedding sets. You will have to check it out, I was amazed.
There's tons of clothing for the whole family from toddlers, boys and girls to ladies where there were racks and racks of everything form casual wear to business wear, suits and dresses, bathing suits, and lingerie. Sassy sundresses for $19.99. Some of the brands I noticed were DKNY, BCBG, Calvin Klein, Susan Bristol, Rafaella and Kasper among others.
In the men's department they had an equally huge amount of clothes. Everything from casual cargo shorts and slacks, tee's to dress shirts, ties and suits. The names I saw there were Fumagalli, Nautica, Perry Ellis and many more.
You will also find a large shoe department, jewelry, hats, purses and accessories.
I like the housewares department. You sure can accessorize a home from what they have back there in the back of the store. A great towel selection many embellished for your "just look" do not use towels!! There is a whole aisle of shower curtains and all the bath accessories too.
And huge bedding department, the bedding on display was gorgeous in cream and light moss green, it was embellished with a few copper sequins scattered all across it...sounds gross but it really was pretty, it's a "havfta" see in person bedding set! Queen complete with comforter, shams, skirt and three decorative pillows $99.99, king $109.00. Matching draperies only $15.99.In fact there is a whole wall of draperies and lots of tassels. A couple aisles of toss pillows in all colors and fabrics.
The home accessories section features all kinds of interesting things from beautiful glass vases in all colors and shapes, every imaginable piece of pottery, statues, lots of reasonable pictures and mirrors in all sizes, picture frames, candles, decorative boxes, you name it!
There is even a luggage department. Now they have a whole assortment of items for your 4th of July party!
It is a pretty complete store! And a BIG store!
