I love Valentine’s Day! Here are some great gift ideas for you...

Forget Me Not by American Greetings, in Miromar Outlets, has so much stuff for Valentine’s Day. I was in there an hour! Adrienne was very helpful pointing all the new things for the occasion.

You think of it as a greeting card store, but they have so much more. There is a whole row of musical animals bees, frogs, skunks, droopy-eyed dogs, even a pink dragon with some type of a heart on it that sings. Just $25. A huge selection of Valentine’s cards, and with a purchase of just two, you can buy a really nice family keepsake photo box for only $6.99. I found some great gifts under $20:. Photo album with a heart on front, picture frames, key chains, jewelry boxes, a pink dachshund with “I love you this much!” embroidered on his back, $9.95. Also at $9.95 are big red heart love mugs, and puppies with a heart in their mouth that says “Puppy Love.” The cutest white fuzzy bear holding a red envelope that says “I Love You! XOXO” is $14.95. A darling musical bear holding a red suede heart trimmed in rhinestones and filled with candy is just $24.95. For the golfer, there were golf balls with hearts and sayings all over them at $14.95 a box. Red pillows with a clear plastic pocket on the back to put a picture in that says “On my mind... and in my heart,” $14.95.

A big picture frame that has a child’s drawing on one half and a heart on the other half to place a child’s picture that says “I Love You! $24.95. Perfect for the grandparents! Check out Daddy and Me or Mommy and Me heart photo frames. Also, a photo holder water globe — you insert the photo in the globe, $24.95. A long red ceramic frame with three hearts for pictures one says 50% Mommy, one 50% Daddy and the third = Totally Adorable! $12.95. There were lots of frames to choose from, hinged frames and all kinds of heart frames. Red heart votives are only $2.95.

Forget Me Not carries a full line of Precious Moments and Willow Tree. There was a nice selection of jewelry that looked like it came from a jewelry store, not a card shop! The Pave’ Heart Collection features Swarovski crystals: necklaces, $34.95, bracelets, $44.95, and earrings, $29.95. Others in the Crystal Line with Swarovski crystals were $19.99 for the necklace or a silver locket that holds four photos just $34.95.

To put your Valentine surprise in, find a beautiful white shiny bag with a set of red sparkle lips on it..... Priceless! There is all kinds of wrapping paper and tissue for the occasion. Pop-up cards, $5.99, 3-D panoramas, $6.99, or to go all out, get her a huge 2-foot high Valentine for $7.95! I bought the book of Valentine Love Coupons. Each coupon represents something else, a romantic dinner, a week-end get-away, a massage, etc.

I spent all this time in the Valentine section at the front of the store, but this store holds a treasure chest of all kinds of gifts, candles, cards, cards and more cards. It is a great place to browse. N telling what you’ll find!
