Beall's Home Store
Aunt Chiladas or Amazing Grace?
Beall's Home Store is the whole enchilada that never ceases to amaze me! I haven't been in a very long time so thought I'd check it out this week. As always I was amazed at the wide selection they carry. It really is soup to nuts. Everything from Stein World consoles at $299, some are hand-painted for $399. An unusual corner table, $299. A wine table with inlaid wood, $499 and a marble top cabinet with iron doors for $599.
The furniture stores carry Stein World products and would cost much more there.
I found bar stools for $30...cool rope chairs for $119...wicker settee for $249... wicker cocktail table for $129 and small marble top tables for $119 to $160. The lamps were from $30...pictures of all sizes from $20...picture frames from $3 and racks of vases and glass decorator pieces in all colors from $6. There was a western section with frames, bookends, figurines, tin stars in all sizes from $3.99. I told you there was something for everybody!
If you need a small thank you gift, note pad sets were $5, or a table set, four place mats and napkins for $10. Individual place mats at $1.99, napkins at $1.49. Also lots of candles, a nice candle set of three was $20.
The list goes on and on. Hat boxes and storage trunks from $3.99. There was a nautical section and a tropical section with palm trees galore, a small hand painted table in bright colors for poolside that said "drinks at the pool" for $19.99.
In the linen department, king size sheet sets were $20...throws $8...bath accessories, tea towels and pot holders, table clothes for $9.99, toss pillows in every color from $6.99, outdoor cushions $14.99 and $29.99 and 5x7 rugs for $150.
Bedspreads, a 7-piece set, for only $80, in green or gold.
They have cookware, gadgets, plastic ware for pool side in nice bright colors, wind chimes, glasses, a luggage section, but I am saving the best for last...I found a LIFE SIZE armadillo dressed like a cowboy!!! It was a toilet brush holder!! Who wouldn't want one of these for $29.99??
There is just about everything in this store and every Monday those 50 or older get an extra 15% off their already low prices on everything you buy, and on Friday the same goes for those of you 49 or younger! Such a deal...where are the snowbirds when we need them?
Beall's Home Store is located in Springs Plaza, Suite 505 on U.S. 41 and Bonita Beach Road in Bonita Springs.
