High Maintenance Doesn't Begin To Cover It!!!



There is a new shop in Miromar Outlets called Juicy Couture. I had NO IDEA what that was so went to investigate.

It seems their claim to fame creating waves in the fashion world is with velour and terry track suits. There is a whole wall of these suits as soon as you walk in the door. They come in every color. Some have snap pockets, some with hoodies and the plain jane ones.

I thought it was some kind of fancy sports store....WRONG!! These jazzy little suits will set you back $118.00 for the velour plain pants and matching track jacket is just $94.00. The snap terry cargos are $114.00 and the zipper hoodie I saw was $86.00. Who wants to sweat in these?? They look like sweat pant sets only W-A-Y more expensive!!!

I also saw some snappy trouser short shorts. I mean really short!! They came in plaid and some in velvet priced at $150.00 and $159.99! The jeans were a mere $80.00 or $100.00. They also carry a number of printed tee shirts, bags in wild colors, jewelry and accessories. I was afraid to price those...you know, they say if you have to ask.....well I knew I shouldn't be in this store!!!

I saw a really short pleated skirt for $120.00 and a cute red, white, and blue tennis dress for $94.00 the matching jacket was $119.00. Glad I don't play tennis!!

This is definitely an upscale boutique....it's all in the attitude!

The girls working that day told me everything is reduced off retail....REALLY!!! They also noted there was some clearance in the back and said everything was MADE IN THE GLAMOROUS USA!! Well, that sounds good....better than everything coming from China!

Looking around I came to the fast conclusion that these fashions were for the young crowd. The problem is, when I was young enough to wear them I NEVER had an allowance to cover these prices....but it's the Pepsi generation so who knows!!!

The shop is located in Miromar Outlet Mall just off Corkscrew Rd. and Ben Hill Griffin. So if you young gals have a passion for fashion...get on in there!!!
