This store doesn't look like much from the outside but Whoa! You should see what's INSIDE!! This little store is packed with everything a golfer would need...and since I am NOT a golfer I didn't know what half of this stuff is used for!

I went in to get a gift certificate for our friends 25th anniversary...they were thrilled as they love this store. Now these guys...and gal know a lot about golf and can answer all your questions. Besides selling golf equipment The Golf Guys is a full service store offering club repair, re-grip, change shafts, what ever you need. Mark Winn has been doing club repair here for 8 years.

It is a mom and pop store, Fran has been there 10 years! They have a practice area for fitting with a large practice area for fitting out back.

Not only do they carry a full line of all brands of clubs and balls the other things I noticed were a wall of golf gloves, tees, soft spikes, head covers, ball markers, shoes...lots of shoes even golf sandals for you brave hearts who don't worry about fire ants! All around the ceiling were golf bags of every description...I mean this place is packed with stuff! There is a whole section of golf clothes for men and women, belts, socks, sunglasses...you name it!

My friend Ginger was with me (an avid golfer) and was laughing at me with some of the questions I asked! Like the Golf Abacus to count strokes with color and style! I thought it was a cute little bracelet! And the binoculars for looking for gators...NOT! I was informed they were called Range Finders for distance...tells how far to the pin! By Bushnell, point and shoot for $199.00.

The Golf Guys are offering a special rate at the new Jack Nicklaus course in Estero, Old Corkscrew Golf Club until Sept. 30th that includes golf cart with state of the art GPS. So go in and pick up a card. While you're there check out all the equipment and say HI to Mark and Fran! See, I didn't do too bad....not being a golfer!
